We have now spend years of gathering data! It is now time to utilize the data to personalize customer engagement and create greater Customer Experience.

Forrester predicts that 20% of all CX initiatives will be abandoned and the brands will fall back to general campaign thinking and execution – Why? A large contribution to that fact is that marketeers fail to personalize.
We will look into the basics of personalization and challenge the way we plan and measure and execute our marketing today.
