Karsten Stokking is currently leading the marketing efforts for IBM's Waston Customer Engagement team. He has been working with marketing for 14 years and have a deep interest on how technology can drive growth and specifically around engagement. Currently he is also leading the efforts towards the marketing professional with an emphasis on how technology can augment the CMOs in achieving their goals.

Karsten has over the year worked with portfolio marketing, marketing strategy, campaigns, marketing automation, digital marketing, customer journeys, content marketing and therefore has a broad perspective on marketing. While primarily have been working in B2B the last couple of years he has gotten deeper insights to the B2C in retail.
