Emil has a long experience in driving many large projects to transform companies' loyalty and CRM strategies. He has been working in the intersection between Business and IT, helping several leading companies to utilize the full business potential of their MarTech stack. He has advised and helped re-building some of the most well-known loyalty programs in Sweden as well as driving several successful CDP-projects from start to launch, taking customers from a basic newsletter send out to a full scale omnichannel marketing with high level personalization. Before consulting Emil was building and heading CRM/Loyalty departments, implementing MarTech platforms in companies like Daniel Wellington, Coop and H&M.

Åsa Appelqvist

During the past 20 years, Åsa Appelqvist has worked with CRM and relationship marketing in the experience industry, among others. at Liseberg, Moment Group and RESIA. Today she is Head of CRM & INSIGHTS at ESS Group's headquarters in Gothenburg. She has followed the digitization of how CRM has developed as the technology has been refined so that today it is almost exclusively about data-driven and behavior-driven CRM. Identifying the Customer Journey and ensuring dialogue with the right guest at the right time to achieve maximum exchange for the Company and the Guest has been a burning interest for Åsa.

Casper Andersen is a Senior Solution Consultant at Treasure Data. He has worked in Martech for more than 10 years, where he for companies such as Teradata, Mapp Digital and Salesforce, has helped drive exceptional customer experiences for global enterprises. This has been done with a special focus on strong Customer Data Management foundation. He is currently, at Treasure Data, helping companies discover their customer data potential, by leveraging an Enteprise CDP to execute on data driven marketing.

Thomas, natively Danish, has over 15 years of experience working in various senior sales and business development positions across the data and software industry. Thomas holds a BA degree in Information Management from Staffordshire University and is passionate about working with brands to maximise the power of their data.

Martin Vinter has been working with CDP implementation and utilization in Scandinavias biggest insurance provider, Tryg Forsikring for several years. Martin Vinter works in a pan-nordic center of excellence that focus raising the bar throughout the business when it comes to all things related to online tech, including content targeting, online advertising, lead nurturing, web analytics and data harvest.
