Henry has been working in the world of customer data for a decade, and the world of Customer Data Platforms since 2018. Henry has worked across Scandinavia helping companies like Tele2, Max Burgers, Søstrene Grene, Dagrofa and more transform their businesses and delight their customers.
Hannes is co-founder and partner of Remotion since 6 years and have been working with data driven customer interaction for the last 15 years. His core competence is omni channel personalization. With a management consultant background, his focus is on building business and customer value. Hannes has been part of strategy, procurement and implementation of CDPs in various verticals such as e-com, FMCG and retail.
Fredrik is Director of Global MarTech & CRM at Warner Bros. Discovery, leading the team making sure discovery+'s MarTech & CRM capabilities stay on top of cutting-edge possibilities globally in all the regions the streaming service exists in. Constantly exploring new technologies and making sure discovery+ offers the latest within automation to its customers, making sure the CX is at a best-in-class level and always keeps pushing its innovation.
Robin is Head of Value Engineering at Tealium, a platform for real-time customer data solutions and enterprise tag management. With more than 9 years of experience in online marketing, he is an expert in helping companies with digital transformation in the international market.
Axel is Senior Manager, Product & Industry Marketing EMEA and part of Adobe´s Global Marketing Cloud Strategy group. His responsibilities include definition of customer-relevant topics, use cases and the translation of digital transformation into actionable strategies. Previously, Axel held an international management role at IBM, where he was responsible to lead the Smarter Commerce growth initiative in Europe.
Mats founded Wednesday Relations 2002 and have extended experience in marketing, sales, digital business and CRM. Mats has worked in line-positions within marketing and sales in Sweden and worldwide. Together with Wednesday Relations, Mats has created a lot of conferences and seminars, and is also a very popular and well-experienced moderator.
