With 72% of consumers expecting brands to understand their unique needs and expectations, now more than ever there is increased importance on turning data into a meaningful interaction with your consumers. You can have all the data and technology in the world, but if your content is not contextually relevant, it will have far less impact. 

Many organisations have invested heavily in the data to understand customers better as individuals and the tools to personalise are often also in place. What is missing is the link between smart marketing software working in the background and the content that needs to be personalised and delivered at scale to turn those insights into engaging and highly visual customer experiences.

In this session, we discuss why we have seen a shift within Marketers as they turn their attention back to creative and how they can pair it with data for a more balanced approach that results in real time customer engagements.

Prior to life at Movable Ink, Emily worked at IBM supporting a wide range of clients from STA Travel to Prudential Insurance, though nothing prepared her for marketing life quite like her years in an agency, where Emily worked as a campaign planner.

Mats founded Wednesday Relations 2002 and have extended experience in marketing, sales, digital business and CRM. Mats has worked in line-positions within marketing and sales in Sweden and worldwide. Together with Wednesday Relations, Mats has created a lot of conferences and seminars, and is also a very popular and well-experienced moderator.
