General Info
Wednesday Relations reserves the right to the Service ( and its contents. The User of the Service does not have the right, in whole or in part, to in any way copy, reproduce, save, move, forward, distribute, publish, add other material or save on its own computer, any material linked to the Service (including text , images, trademarks, logos, graphics and music) without the written consent of Wednesday Relations. The use of trademarks and / or logos associated with Wednesday Relations services or products is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing with Wednesday Relations.

Legal use
No information about the Service may be copied, processed or used without special written permission from Wednesday Relations. Violation of the ban may lead to legal action and possible damages and / or legal liability. If a Customer violates Wednesday Relations terms, the Customer may lose access to use the Service. Wednesday Relations also has the right to cancel bookings on the website if the customer has provided misleading personal information or if the customer violates or circumvents Wednesday Relations customer and purchase terms.

Immaterial rights
All material within the Service is owned by Wednesday Relations and is protected by copyright law. Copyright and other intellectual property rights to content and design within the Service (including text, electronic documents, graphics, images and sounds, photographs, databases, software, software products and services) are owned by Wednesday Relations or a third party. Images, text or other material may not be copied without permission from Wednesday Relations.

The right to changes
Wednesday Relations has the right to update, change, add or remove material contained in the Service, and to restrict access to the Service without prior notice, at any time, in its sole discretion. Wednesday Relations has the right to change the terms of use of the Service at any time, as well as the content and choice of services.

The service contains links to web pages maintained by a third party. Terms and conditions compiled by third parties are applied to, and in the use of, these web pages. Wednesday Relations is not responsible for the websites of other parties or their content.

Applicable law
Swedish law is applied to our customer and purchase terms.

The booking is binding:
30 days before events and one-day trainings
60 days before workshop series and certification courses

Cancellation must be made in writing. Otherwise, the entire fee will be charged. The booking can be transferred to other participants from the same company. When you sign up, you agree to Wednesday Relations' General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Events that are free to attend, last day for cancellation is 10 business days before. Unannounced or late absence is invoiced SEK 1900 (only apply to physical/onsite events). To avoid the cancellation fee, you can instead participate in a supplementary session of 30 minutes. Wednesday Relations reserves the right to choose the time and day for the supplementary session. Alternatively, you can send a colleague, at the same level as you, to attend in your place at the original event.

Wednesday Relations reserves the right to cancel;

  • One- and two-day trainings and workshop no later than 1 week before the actual start date.
  • Certification courses no later than 3 weeks before the start date.
  • Conference or Live broadcast of conference no later than 2 weeks before start date.

Wednesday Relations privacy policy

Wednesday Relations respects your privacy and the right to control your personal information. We will be transparent with what information we collect and why, and we will protect it as securely as possible.

Wednesday Relations policy for personal data describes what information we collect, for what purpose they are collected, in what way you can have control over your own information and how you can contact us. This privacy policy applies when you use apps, web pages and services that are part of an app or on a website managed by Wednesday Relations. Wednesday Relations is responsible for personal data in accordance with these conditions and is responsible for processing in accordance with current legislation.

Wednesday Relations registers, or may register your personal information in connection with:

  • Signing up for a service offered through the various platforms Wednesday Relations offers.
  • When you sign up to receive any of the products, content or services provided by Wednesday Relations or its third-party sponsors, such as publications, subscriptions, contests, newsletters, memberships, webcasts, whitepapers, online seminars, conferences and events.
  • When you enter your email address or mobile number on the site.
  • If you contact us via email, over the phone, our websites and social media.
  • If you register as a member and thus sign up for our newsletter.
  • Your visit to our sites, including but not limited to traffic data, site data, weblogs and other communication data, and e.g. the IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type used for the visit.

Collection with consent
By completing a consent form on the website (eg subscribing to newsletters, receiving offers etc.) you agree that your personal information (eg your name, position, company, telephone number and e-mail address) may be used for marketing purposes for the service that is exposed in connection with where you are asked to fill in your personal information.

We also collect your IP address, geographical position and interests in order to better adapt our marketing to you. When you visit our website, you also agree that we may put cookies, both so-called first-party and third-party cookies on your computer. Such cookies track you and your browsing behavior in order to offer you marketing based on your behavior.

How we use collected information
Wednesday Relations processes personal data mainly for the purposes stated below and for any additional purposes stated at the time of collection.

  • To fulfill service orders through one of the platforms offered by Wednesday Relations.
  • Enable good customer service, such as handling your inquiries, correcting incorrect information or sending information that you have requested eg. Newsletter.
  • Information about ordering services is stored and analyzed, as well as the basis for offers and discounts as well as marketing of both general and targeted nature.
  • To be able to manage customer profiles, conduct analyzes and market surveys.
  • For system administration and to generate statistical data on the behavior and patterns of our users but this does not identify any individual but takes place at an aggregated level.
  • To develop, deliver and improve our products and services through analysis of your behavior on our websites.
  • Personal data is also used in analysis to perform segmentation / profiling, in order to develop targeted offers and services.

  • To help us develop our website and app to be more useful and to improve your user experience of the platforms offered through Wednesday Relations by being able to customize the display of the services to the device being used.
  • To send important messages such as communication about changes in our terms and policies

We may share information with other companies that process data on our behalf to enable us to perform our services, e.g. analysis, distribution or other services to maintain and apply our Terms of Use and Delivery Terms. However, high security and confidentiality are always priorities when handling personal data.

All communication with you as a member goes through Wednesday Relations. We do not sell or disclose member information to third parties. When you opt-in and participate in an activity or download a content that is wholly or partly financed by an external company, we share your information that you gave on registration / download eg. name, e-mail, phone number & role. In these cases, the partner company will have access to the information after the activity has taken place.

Regarding marketing measures and the follow-up and development of Wednesday Relations services and / or products, the data is handled only within Wednesday Relations. Personal data may also be disclosed in the case provided for by law or regulation.

About cookies
When you use our website and app, personal data may be collected via e.g. cookies. However, this is done only through a separate consent. This will store the information about your use and which pages are visited. It can be technical information about your device and internet connection such as operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies and unique identifiers. When visiting our websites where our services are provided, different technologies can be used to recognize you in order to learn more about our users. This can be done directly or through the use of third party technology. If you wish to be forgotten on our website you will clear your cookies on our website according to instructions from the browser you use.

Legal basis, storage and thinning of personal data
By submitting information to Wednesday Relations, you consent to Wednesday Relations registering and storing information on which service you purchased and processing the specified personal information for specified purposes. As a legal basis for treatment, Wednesday Relations will refer to compliance with agreements, legitimate interests or consent. If Wednesday Relations uses legitimate interest as a basis, it will only be done for the purposes stated above.

The processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with current legislation and means that personal data is not retained for a longer period than is necessary for the purposes of the processing. Wednesday Relations will store your personal information and communicate with you as a member as long as you are a customer / member with us. For marketing purposes, information older than 5 years is not used. This means in practice that data is thinned out as they are no longer relevant or necessary for analysis or direct marketing for the purposes for which they have been collected. Some information can be retained longer when required due to other legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act. In all handling of personal data, high security and confidentiality are always priorities.

Your rights and choices
You have rights regarding your personal data and you have the opportunity to influence your information and what is saved. Wednesday Relations will, on its own or the customer's initiative, correct any information that is found to be incorrect. You can also at any time request to delete or restrict our use of your information by contacting us (for contact info see the heading Contact information). If you feel that your rights are not respected by us, please feel free to contact us or you can contact the Data Inspectorate (

You may refrain from receiving marketing communications from us at any time by contacting us or by unsubscribing from further communication in the emails we send you, then be aware that you can either unsubscribe from specific mailing lists or unsubscribe your membership completely. You are always welcome to contact our customer service for further help. You can, free of charge once a year, obtain information about which personal data is registered, by requesting in writing a so-called register extract from Wednesday Relations.
