Gerhard has nearly 20 years of experience with many major B2C companies globally on a wide range of customer insight and customer experience technologies, creating and developing significant business across different regions and industries, including finance, insurance, telecommunications, utility and the public sector.

Gerhard is a recognized thoughtleader and frequent conference presenter with deep domain expertise in omnichannel customer engagement, digital transformation, AI-powered CRM solutions, intelligent virtual assistants and data management/protection. Gerhard has a background in mathematics and has also worked extensively in collaboration with scientists at CERN and a number of leading universities. He holds an MSc and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia.
